Willice Onyango

Founder & Executive director

Willice brings extensive experience in youth development, strategic partnerships and community engagement. He oversees the design and implementation of programs that empower young Africans to become innovators, changemakers and leaders within their community. His work focuses on building meaningful collaborations that strengthen impact across Africa and the diaspora.

Esther Nora Kasee

Business development Manager

Esther leads business development and resource mobilisation. She helps drive initiatives that foster economic empowerment and long-term social impact across the continent. She is passionate about unlocking the potential of young people as architects of Africa’s future.

Mumbiko King’ori

Partnerships Director

Mumbiko leads strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement for TAYF. He works closely with organizations, institutions, and changemakers to foster collaborations that amplify the impact of youth-led initiatives across the continent.

Joseph Mutunga

Finance Manager

Joseph oversees the financial management and stewardship. He supports the sustainable growth of the foundation and ensures that resources are effectively managed to maximise impact, which is guided by commitment to excellence and responsibility.

Stanley Mbogo

Communications Officer

Stanley manages communications and storytelling at TAYF, helping to elevate the voices and achievements of young leaders. Through strategic content and digital engagement, he strengthens the Foundation’s visibility and inspires greater participation in youth-driven change.
